What do you see when you’re in Rochester? Inspired by beautiful landmarks and nature a visitor encounters while in Rochester, this series shows Rochester in a different light!
Location: First Avenue SE between Center Street E & First Street SE. Seven backlit panels are mounted on the East side of the Hilton Hotel/Ramp 6 parking garage.
About the Artist:
Born and raised in Taiwan, Tiffany loves everything food, art, and travel. She has a degree in Fashion Design and draws inspiration from her travels around the world and nature.
