Artist Market Application
This holiday season, we welcome local creatives and makers to sell their wares in a vibrant market setting at the Historic Chateau Theatre. This thoughtfully curated indoor market will feature food, drink, and entertainment for shoppers and vendors to enjoy while they explore the offerings of more than forty local vendors. This event has quickly become a beloved seasonal tradition in the heart of downtown Rochester, drawing more than 2,500 holiday shoppers each year.
Dates: Saturday, December 6 | 2 - 6 pm
Fee: $100 for Threshold Arts members / $150 for non-members
Space is limited, and applications will be accepted through September 28, 2025. Applicants will be juried and notified of acceptance status in early October.
* In the event of severe weather, the market will be rescheduled for Sunday, December 7.

Artist Responsibility:
Provide required marketing content no later than October 10, 2025.
Share event information on social media platforms and tag Threshold Arts and Historic Chateau Theatre.
Provide all display fixtures and equipment.
Manage all sales and provide necessary packaging.
Arrive during assigned load-in time and be set up and ready to vend by 1:45 pm. Late arrivals may be turned away.
Threshold Arts Responsibility:
Provide an approximate 8 x 6’ footprint for vending.
Promote market using: Threshold Arts and Historic Chateau Theatre’s websites and social media profiles, Facebook event, local community calendars, press release, and posters distributed throughout the community.
List each participating vendor on Threshold Arts website, Facebook event, and Instagram post
