Fee: $200 + $50 materials fee

This weekend workshop is appropriate for all skill levels, some glass experience is recommended, but not necessary. Students will create a 2-D mosaic using beautiful stained glass. The finished mosaic will be 12x12” or 11x14”, in either a landscape or square format. We will cover all the steps of mosaic making; design, preparing the substrate, adhesive, tools, grouting/ finishing. Your own design, or choose from a selection of prepared designs for your piece. Use of tools, substrate, glass, adhesive, grout, and a nice wood frame are included in the cost.

Debra will contact you the week prior to the class to discuss your project. A printed handout will guide with finishing instruction & for future reference. This is the first OFFICIAL workshop Threshold Arts is hosting in the Mezzanine Studio at the Historic Chateau Theatre. Come join the fun and be part of this historic event!
